And Thus..the Candy and Soda Experience is Born!

We all know what happens when you place a delicious Mentos Mint into a bottle of Diet Coke. For those of you living under a rock, this is what happens. Superb.

But the Steamed Carrot Squadron dared to venture into unchartered territory….what happens if you combine different candies with different sodas? Surely, equally spectacular results would occur would they not?

We’ve embarked on such a mission and documented our findings in comic format, so that the world may be enlightened by our observations. These are actual observations mind you, we play in the realm of science and fact. No bullshit.

Our research echoes that of pioneering men by the names of Derrick and Will at Nobody’s Watching.tv These brave scientists were the first in the field to explore the limitless possibilities of soda and candy. Check out their indepth analysis here!

Send in your suggestions! If there is a candy and soda combination that you think would yield a spectacular result, leave us a comment or shoot us an e-mail at cse-suggestions@steamedcarrot.com!

Bad Timing, but Steamed Carrot still lives!

My my its been a month since our last update. Rest assured the Steamed Carrot Squadron was getting some much needed R&R so that we would be in the best possible mind set to deliver, you guessed it, steamed goodness. We are going to be updating every Friday from this point on as well.

Our “Junior!!!” comic did fantastically at the WebcomicBattle website, lasting for 18 days and currently sitting at the Number 5 spot in the Hall of Fame. Thank you for those who supported us in our fight, and make sure to support us again with our “Bad Timing” comic at www.stripfight.org

Check out our progress here:

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone!

Now I know what you’re saying: “Where’s my double penetration dose of steamed goodness as promised?” Well, the pending comic proved a bit more difficult to conceptualize than anticipated….so rather than putting up a half assed idea, we’re gonna move it into January.

Besides, our “Do’s and Don’ts and Goods and Bads of Christmas” is actually like 5 comics. So really, we’ve got a surplus of 3.

Also, help Steamed Carrot out by voting for our comic at WebcomicBattle.com Cycle through each comic battle until you see our beloved “Juniorrrrrrrrrr!!!” comic and click on it with all your passion and might!!!

In the past, we submitted one of our favourites and it faired pretty well.

We still think we got screwed by the loss…but pshh…ain’t no thang but a chicken wang on a g-strang…

Check out our progress here:

Oh, and this is going to be our last comic for a while, as we’re going on a much needed vacation…look for us in January! And in the meantime, support us in the webcomic battles!

Welcome to BAT-MONTH!

In celebration of Halloween and its seductive influence on our minds… Steamed Carrot will be creating comics based on everyone’s favourite semi-superhero …BATMAN….

It just goes to show that if you have a lot of money, are a damn good judo practitioner and have an affinity for flying mammals….you too can fight crime on the streets of Gotham.

Steamed Carrot salutes you Bruce Wayne!
